What is "ProBright Facial? “Dermalogica Pro Bright Facial” is a high-intensity brightening treatment to boost absorption of a high-performance, professional Vitamin-C serum, effectively addressing dull, uneven skin tone and revealing brighter, smoother skin. Vitamin-C is excellent at fighting oxidative stress that causes fine lines, hyperpigmentation and other signs of premature skin ageing. However, traditional forms of Vitamin C are easily oxidised upon exposure to air, heat or water. This can cause formulas to lose their antioxidant power and therefore become less effective. However, Dermalogca’s professional brightening serum uses two highly stable forms of Vitamin C to fight oxidative stress for brighter, firmer, more radiant skin. Another challenge in the use of high quality Vitamin-C serums is to get them to penetrate through the top layers into the deeper layers of the skin, where they have the greatest effect.
